Being a young adult and purchasing your first home, there is a lot to learn. Working with Luis made the daunting process easy and he shared his knowledge of real estate in every step of the process. I felt well educated throughout the entire journey. From the first meeting, I could tell Luis had my best interest at heart in finding my dream home. He took his time and explicitly explained the whole procedure that goes into buying a home. After establishing a solid foundation of what to expect we began the search. When I would reach out to Luis requesting he showed me a house he quickly responded to my request and made sure we saw the house the next day. Luis showed me many homes, always kept a positive attitude and was very patient during the search. I am beyond grateful to have found him and will continuously refer him for years to come. His work speaks for itself! He will get you the best deal out there, but most importantly he is always very honest throughout the transaction. He always makes himself available for you and will tell you if you are making good/ bad decision and give you a reason why. We initially were looking for a short shale, but then he advised us not to do it to save time and lower the risk. We finally found our home and he was able to get us a deal below the appraised value. We closed around 30 days (that’s the total time from the start to finish). Although we found some things on the inspection period, Luis was working so hard for us and was able to get us $9,000 sellers contribution that we can used towards renovation. Overall, my experience with Luis truly surpassed my expectation with any realtor out there. I would work with him again!
